We thank the Donor Families for their gift of life…

Without their thoughtfulness towards others at a personally distressing time, no lives would be improved or saved.

There is a shortage of suitable organs. More people could carry the donor card and put their name on the Organ Donor Register by telephoning 0300 123 23 23 or clicking on the link  and completing the online application.

It only takes a minute and could save a life.

There is space on the Driving Licence, or on your Boots points card to sign if you wish to be a donor.

Most important of all is to discuss your wishes with your family and friends so that if the situation arose they could give permission thus minimising distress at a time of sorrow and grief.
